Rebbe Nachman – Torah 24 – the light is contained in shells that are hard to penetrate

Without too much work, we can operate at about 91%.  But the remaining 9% has been captured and is being held under maximum security.   Uh-oh!

  • “Jitterbug Perfume” by Tom Robbins gives a great insight into fragrance making and the “base note” – the non-Jewish version of the galbanum in the qetoret. Without the base note, a perfume becomes cloying and superficial. “Grind thoroughly thoroughly grind, because the sound is beneficial for the spices….”
